Do you take insurance?
- We are out-of-network service providers. We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please see the bottom of this page for a description of the superbilling process.
Do you have a sliding scale? What does that mean?
- We do offer therapy on a sliding scale. This means there may be an opportunity to receive services at a discounted rate, commensurate to your financial situation. Please contact us so we can explore sliding scale and/or other resources that may apply to you.
Does teletherapy/online therapy work?
- Yes! Research demonstrates that teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy for many people, with the added benefit of being accessible from your home or office. Please contact us to explore whether teletherapy may be a good fit for you.
Do you offer any services in-person?
How do I know how long therapy will take?
- Length of therapy depends on individual and contextual factors, including what you are hoping for out of your therapy experience. We offer brief and long-term therapy options, and we are happy to collaborate with you to see which would be the best fit during a free consultation call.

Superbills for Out-of-Network Services
Step 1:
You have your session
Step 2:
Your form of payment is charged
Step 3:
You receive a superbill
(itemized list of services created for you by your therapist)
Step 4:
You submit your superbill and a claim form to your insurance
(by mail or online, depending on your plan)
Step 5:
You receive a reimbursement from your insurance company
This process often takes a number of weeks, and reimbursement depends on your insurance coverage for out-of-network services. We recommend you contact your insurance provider directly to discuss coverage, the reimbursement process, and reimbursement percentages.
If applicable, you may be able to submit any charges insurance does not cover to an FSA or HSA.
