Hello and welcome! Seeking therapeutic support is a brave step, and finding supportive care is more essential than ever given all that is going on in the world.
I provide psychotherapy to people of all ages during times of stress, adjustment, or uncertainty. I also offer assessment services, including neuropsychological and personality assessments. I approach my work with an emphasis on empathy and compassion. I hope to learn more about your context, including your environment, experiences, identities, and relationships, to develop a treatment plan that will work for you. Our sense of connection to ourselves and others can deeply impact our wellbeing. Often, people come to see me to work on understanding how they feel about themselves, the internal and external pressures they experience, what they need from the other people in their lives, and how to feel "good enough," amidst it all. I believe (and research does, too!) that the connection between us influences the effectiveness of our work together. Outside of the office, I am usually cuddling with my cat and dog (who like to make guest appearances during virtual meetings!), going on outdoor adventures in the Bay Area, or cozying up on the couch while wrapped in the fluffiest blanket I can find.
