Hello and welcome! Seeking therapeutic support is a brave step, and it can be difficult to find a therapist who is a good fit. I approach therapy with an emphasis on empathy and compassion. I hope to learn more about your context, including your environment, experiences, and relationships, to develop a treatment plan that will work for you.
I have over 5 years of experience providing psychotherapy to people of all ages during times of stress, adjustment, or uncertainty. I have worked with children and adults at every developmental level, including pregnancy and early family life, children and adolescents throughout their school years, and young adults adjusting to college and the workforce. I also deeply enjoy working with folks from my disability and/or LGBTQ+ communities across the lifespan, including elder adults, as well as offering support to other healthcare workers. At every stage, human relationships (and feeling connected/disconnected) stand out to me as some of the most influential aspects of our lives. Whatever is going on in your life, I hope to offer a supportive space for you to process where you’ve been and where you hope to go next. I am a relational therapist, and I believe the connection between client and therapist is an important factor in determining what kind of therapy is best for you. I also offer assessment services, including neuropsychological and personality assessments. Please reach out for a free consultation to see if we might be a good fit for telehealth or in-person meetings in the East Bay. I look forward to supporting you on your therapy or assessment journey! |
While not meeting with clients, I am usually cuddling with my cat and dog (who like to make guest appearances on Zoom!), going on outdoor adventures in the Bay Area, or watching TV while wrapped in the fluffiest blanket I can find.
