I am a dedicated mental health professional with over 15 years of experience providing consultation and psychotherapy. I support clients with a range of concerns including: adjusting to life transitions, exploring various aspects of identity (i.e., racial identity, sexuality, gender), relationship issues, grief/loss, work-life balance, divorce/custody/co-parenting, and more. I especially enjoy working with members of my LGBTQ+ community.
I specialize in helping clients work toward lasting change by providing empowering and culturally-responsive therapy. My approach is warm and client-centered. We will work together in partnership to determine your goals for therapy and utilize strategies that will best meet your needs. Whether your focus is on building more meaningful connections, learning effective tools to improve your quality of life, or better understand yourself and others, I am here to help. |
In my free time, I prioritize nourishing relationships with friends and family, including spending time with my 8-year-old kid and my 14-year-old terrier mix. I recharge by reading, writing in coffee shops, and watching stand-up comedy.
